Hnojiva s pozvolným uvolňováním a možnosti jejich využití ve školkařstvíPetr SalašActa Univ. Agric. Silvic. Mendelianae Brun. 2004, 52(2), 155-164 | DOI: 10.11118/actaun200452020155 Reserve, slow-release fertilizers (SRF) enable to simplify the whole system of plant nutrition and fertilisation. Tabletted fertilizers of the Silvamix series represent a prospective product of Czech provenience. At our university, these fertilizers have been tested and used since the year 1991. Ornamental woody species grown in containers were investigated in two stages. Experiments with ornamental plants were established using one-year-old cuttings and seedlings of the following deciduous and evergreen woody species: Cotoneaster dammeri Skogholm, Berberis thunbergii, Potentilla fruticosa Snowflake, Ligustrum vulgare Atrovirens and Picea omorika. After planting into containers, fertilizers in the dose of 1 tablet (i.e. 10 g) per litre of substrate were applied either to roots level or on the soil surface in the container. Silvamix in the dose of 5 g.l-1 was used as the tested fertilizer in the second stage. It was applied during the planting in the form of tablets and/or a powder. Control plants were fertilized in the course of growing season using a common agricultural fertilizer Cererit Z. The annual plants increments were measured. These experiments demonstrated a long-term optimum effect of this product on woody species and an equal quality and efficiency of its tabletted and powdered forms. |
Metodika výroby mikroskopických preparátů ze vzorků dřevaHanuš Vavrčík, Vladimír GrycActa Univ. Agric. Silvic. Mendelianae Brun. 2004, 52(4), 169-176 | DOI: 10.11118/actaun200452040169 In this paper, there are discussed methods of making woody tissues microscopical preparations and making its microslides. There are described common methods of preparation of wood blocks, sectioning of woody tissues, staining and mounting. The differences of making wood sections and non-lignified plant sections are highlighted. The authors recommendate the fast methodology of making quality microslides of wood sections based on their own experiences. |
Změny podnikatelského prostředí zemědělských podniků formované vývojem v agrobyznysuVěra BečvářováActa Univ. Agric. Silvic. Mendelianae Brun. 2004, 52(3), 7-16 | DOI: 10.11118/actaun200452030007 Based upon analyses of the Common Agricultural Policy development and its economic tools reforming the process of changing is characterised there. It deals with the multifunctionality of agriculture as well as the influence of the CAP on environment of the production tasks of agriculture and food processing industry accomplishment. Paper generalises results of new trends of the agribusiness economic environment development and the opportunity of an effective utilization of production factors in agriculture. It deals with the sources and economic implications of partial enhancement of interest and redirection of support within framework and type of tools of agrarian policy. New quality of structure of relevant information needs and economic support for agricultural enterprises decision making process are pointed out. |
Antropogenní vlivy v podhůří Ždánického lesaJiří ObršlíkActa Univ. Agric. Silvic. Mendelianae Brun. 2004, 52(5), 47-60 | DOI: 10.11118/actaun200452050047 On the basis of the pedological research in the years 1962 and 2003 were found following results: in the underground of the Ždánice forest descended the appearance of chernozem from 64% to 39%. From the full measure. From that measure there is only 10.2% of haplic chernozem and 28.8% of eroded chernozem. Further there descended rapidly the appearence of orthic luvisol from 21.6% to just 0.6% of glyic fluvisoils from 14.4% to 9.2%. Three new soils types were registred in the year 2003: colluvial - soils 8% , antropic-soils 8.9% and pararendzin (calcavic regosol) 34.3%. On the basis of the comparison of aerial photos from the year 1971 with present state there resulted ascent of erosive damage the soil surface from 52.5% to 72.4% in the presend. Development prognosis: there will further descend the sum of haplic chernozem, will ascend the area of eroded chernozem, further will ascend the percentage of loessy regosol the ground and of antropic - soils. The greatest ascend we can await at the para - rendzins (calcavic regosols). At the majority of the soils types there will descend the quality and quantity of humus particles. |
Chování spotřebitelů na trhu vína v ČRHelena ChládkováActa Univ. Agric. Silvic. Mendelianae Brun. 2004, 52(6), 175-188 | DOI: 10.11118/actaun200452060175 The paper includes partial results of research oriented on conventions and behaviour of consumers on the wine market in the Czech Republic. Based on direct questioning of 1000 respondents from the whole Czech Republic we found, that 11.3% of respondents drink wine several times a week, 29.8% of respondents at least once a week, and 23.2% drink wine several times a month. Only 2.7% of respondents do not drink wine at all. 30.3% of respondents drink wine more often than before, especially because of the fact, that they like wine more, it is of a better quality, and the offer is greater. |
Využití odpadních materiálů v pěstebních substrátechPetr SalašActa Univ. Agric. Silvic. Mendelianae Brun. 2004, 52(2), 43-52 | DOI: 10.11118/actaun200452020043 Gardeners' practical experience and experimental work prove the affirmation that the used substrate is a very important base for the production of quality nursery products. It is important to emphasis the complexity and synergy of all factors influencing the ecosystem and there mutual relations. Physical, chemical and biological properties do not separately affect the growth and development of plants. In addition, the relations are not statical but differ in relation with other factors changes. This article is dealing with the possibility to use waste material from timber processing in cultivation substrates. The large scale use of such substrates would enable people to reach a relative independence from peat substrates, of which the global reserve is gradually decreasing. |
Ekonomicko právní aspekty vymezení podnikového majetku a analýza jeho účinnostiOldřich Tvrdoň, Radmila Presová, Martin PřibylActa Univ. Agric. Silvic. Mendelianae Brun. 2004, 52(6), 189-210 | DOI: 10.11118/actaun200452060189 The thesis "Economic-legal aspects of business assets definition and its effectiveness analysis" analyses the contribution of business assets in joint-stock company Svornost Těmice. The company operates in the field of agricultural primary production. Focus of plant production still keeps the traditional composition of plants grown. In connection with increasing the quality of effectiveness of the machinery the area of corn-production will be expanded. In animal production, the company specialises on the pig-feeding and milking-cows. |
Využití faktorové analýzy ve vodárenstvíPetra NovákováActa Univ. Agric. Silvic. Mendelianae Brun. 2004, 52(2), 121-128 | DOI: 10.11118/actaun200452020121 The aim of the work was to elaborate and evaluate the water quality of water reservoir Vranov nad Dyjí. Fresh water was sampled in five different locations of the reservoir (three important tributaries, dam and water captation locality). Ten, the most essential water quality indicators were selected. From the point of view of water quality indicators complexity the most integrated samples were taken in the water captation locality (period 1984 - 2002). At other locations, there were missing dates from the eightieth, but their volume was sufficient for statistical processing. |
