Budoucnost strategie ochrany půdy na úrovni Evropské unie v oblasti monitoringu půdy

Problematika ochrany půdy se v současné době stává v politice Evropské unie po ochraně vody a vzduchu vážným tématem a je jen otázkou času, kdy Evropská komise schválí novou směrnici o ochraně půdy. Součástí této směrnice bude i otázka půdního monitoringu, kterou řešila pracovní skupina půdního monitoringu vytvořená jako podpora pro rozhodování Evropské komise. Hlavní úkoly pracovní skupiny byly porovnat existující monitorovací systémy a nastínit strukturu celoevropského monitorovacího systému, specifikovat základní půdní parametry a indikátory, upřesnit parametry pro jednotlivé půdní hrozby a harmonizovat budoucí činnosti a data v půdním monitoringu. V doporučení pro Evropskou komisy se uvádí, že je nutné co nejdříve vytvořit systém půdního monitoringu, jehož výstupy pak budou pomáhat ve směrování půdní politiky Evropské unie.

The future of soil protection strategy at the level of European Union at the filed of soil monitoring
European Union deals long with problems of the two components of environment the air and the water. So far soil wasn't in the main scope of the European Union. The European Union deal now with problems of soil, where we can find question of the soil monitoring. This issue was solve in the framework of the Working group on soil monitoring (WG). The recommendations from the WG are base for deciding of the European Commission, which will have interest to formulate new soil directive. The main tasks of the WG were to review of existing soil monitoring systems, to specify basic soil parameters, indicators, to define soil parameters for each soil threats and to harmonize future soil monitoring activity and soil data.
