Tomatoes were grown in vessels, celery and spinach in the field, radish and lettuce in the greenhouse. Besides dry matter content determination vegetables were evaluated from the food quality point of view. Is consists of microbiological assessment, nitrates and selected elements (Pb, Cd, As, Zn and Hg) content determination.
