AB Qualitative composition of aquatic invertebrates and quantitative data of macrozoobenthos were studied on five wetlands in the lower reaches of the Dyje River. Altogether 291 taxa of aquatic invertebrates were determined. The values of macrozoobenthos density and biomass ranged between 0-2667 ind.m<sup>-2</sup> and 0-55,3 g.m<sup>-2</sup>, respectively. The presented data of monitored wetlands biodiversity may be available for comparative study in the future.
