AB  - The insurance is joined with the transfer of risk to insurance company. Geographic IT and ICT general are important support in process of decision-making. The goal of article is to consider the possibilities of using geographic IT and fuzzy sets for decision-making about insurance of real property for risk of damage by elementary loss. Theoretic recommendations are demonstrated on the example from practice. There is accomplished discussion about assets and negations of described solutions in the end.
